My parrot does that, but he sits on my shoulder and “supervises” instead. I have to give him the boot when I working on something wet, so we don’t end up with an unfortunate addition. :P
Yup our dogs sat by the table as I put hamburger patties together, made meatloaf and more. However pizza crust was a favorite of all of our dogs so we had to share.

All of our dogs wait in the kitchen when they can for my wife to drop something. She often does, and they know it.
