Aptly named strip today. And the key to my diet is napping and eating: nap as much as possible: can’t eat while asleep; and eat to exhaustion whatever strikes me, so that I can’t stand the thought of eating more. So far, it’s great: I’m only a foot shorter than the doctors’ charts say I should be.
