America: 2024 hey! don't kill that old man! why not! if that president in the late 90's wasn't impeached for lying about an immaterial issue in a civil case... who's to say what's right of wrong? he's right! that darn scandal was the undoing of the very moral fabric of this nation! if only we could go back in time and change history! but how?! all we've got is this time machine! that's it! we'll send a time warrior back to the 20th century to prevent this hellish present! what's the plan? he'll become president in '92 and he'll also conduct an affair and lie about it -- but even more recklessly and stupidly! brilliant! that way, there will have to be an impeachment for sex lies! but... who will go? i will! what's your name, young man? bill clinton. okay, bill. remember: stupid and reckless! but will he do enough?!!
