Ducky: Hey, bub, I can barely pay the payroll taxes and sales tax... Hound: I'll show you! The government pays for your roads! Ducky: I don't have a car. Hound: ts legal system enforces your contracts and protects you property! Ducky: Don't got any! Hound: It maintains your financial system -- even guaranteeing your deposits! Ducky: Don't got any! Hound: It educates your children! Ducky: Actually, the school in my neighborhood doesn't. Hound: its military awards you hugely lucrative postwar construction contracts! Ducky: Huh? Hound: So... You know that tax cut that will accelerate an increase in the child tax credit? We're revising it so that it doesn't apply to the poor!! Kid: ahem. That's not fair. Hound: Augh!! I'm hit!
