Uncle Sam (writing): New Policy: The U.S. has the right to do whatever we want whenever we want wherever we want to whomever we want regardless of what anyone else in the world thinks about it. Did I leave anything out? Man: With rights, don't there also come responsibilities? Uncle Sam: It is not the responsibility of the rest of the world to help us pay for it. We have the right to make them pay for it.
