George W. Bush: I don't think anyone anticipated the breach of the levees. Now there's a news story saying that in the 48 hours before Katrina hit, homeland security gave us a report predicting breached levees, massive flooding and major losses of life. I don't think anyone anticipated the release of that report. Oh well, it's just water under the dam....
