The sad truth is, that many children will whine (and maybe throw tantrums) to get their parents (sorry, provisioner person(s)) to buy them cereal boxes with some gimmick inside, but once said gimmick has lost its novelty value (after 2 hrs max), they start to whine for the next one. (Congruent with my own experience – as a child)
