I remember a story (I think it was fictional) of an actress who gave it all up, to get married. Over time, she and her husband worked out a deal where she would periodically use makeup, wigs and acting ability to become another person, who would then become friendly and flirt with the man. To the observer in the story, the man appeared to have an endless supply of attractive women at his beck and call. What it was, was a way for them both to remain creative, and appreciative, of each other.

I wonder if Blanch ever appealed to either sex!

The words “Blanch” and “sex appeal” don’t belong in the same sentence, unless the word “not” is also included.

Blanch needs a younger magic mirror. One that doesn’t have all those wrinkles.
