About 30 years ago, a new glass office tower in Durham, NC took that slant and was headed for a crash across a 4-lane commuter roadway. Engineers eventually counter-balanced the tilting foundation and corrected the alignment. Still in use today. But, I wondered at the time, just how a person would feel about working in that structure after seeing the story in the news.
