I’m pretty sure the King can rescind that offer, considering the winner isn’t human (hope my comment isn’t interpreted as being specieist). Anyway, even with a scholarship, the winner would have to qualify for admission to the university, and I suspect he’ll be turned into sausage and pork chops long before that ever happens.
