I’m not sure where you got that story runar, but I live in the MD/DC/VA metro area and I have read/heard/seen nothing about republicans sending out fake fliers. Nor did a quick check of the internet produce any articles.
I’m sure there are underhanded methods employed, but it’s being done by both sides.
