Rodney, being more experienced, has chosen the wiser path. Well, it’s certainly the cheaper and less painful one.

Before integrated circuit amps there were transistor ones; before transistor amps there were tube amps; before tube amps there were…… ???? And in the middle ages there were ….. ? I wonder how they were producing the necessary electricity.

Just for those who are … unaware … a comic is MAKE BELIEVE … it’s fake. Not real. There have been several references to modern day items in the comics in the 10+ yrs I’ve read it … but remember : IT’S NOT REAL.

The ants in the comis “BC” have a television set. Electricity has obviously been around a lot longer than we realize.

FYI: Some of the older comics were incredibly prophetic in nature. Many forget that “Wizard of Id” was drawn a thousand years ago on parchment during the dark ages….and that “BC” was carved millions of years ago on animal skins that were discovered among the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947.

So let’s cut these ancient documents some slack, gang.

Wildmustang1262 says: Ahhh, love to listen marvelous music, kiddo! Maybe you didn’t hear him right, he’s going to be a bass player! Those terms are oxymorons.

Yep, that’s right! Playing the bass guitar sounds very low. I can hear the sounds with my hearing aid. :-]
