Loch Ness is very deep, and the bottom is so uneven that they’ve never been able to prove conclusively Nessy isn’t there. Far too many places for something to hide. However it is NOT so large that a breeding population could remain hidden and the monster would have to be practically ageless for one to be responsible for the legend. Simple logic really. However Wilson Bob Tucker once said; “Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story.” =)
