Not sure the neighbor is going to like how that spell works. When we lived in NY (state) our town had an ordinance that you couldn’t blow the snow into the road/street. Didn’t stop them from plowing it all across your driveway entrance. I just figured blowing it into the street was payback.

Yeah…That is why I live in Augusta, Georgia. We only get snow/ice about once a decade and that was 2014 for this decade.
