Dr. Jekyll was the nice guy. Are we to infer that Jekyll drank until Hyde appeared, at which time he was 86d, or was Hyde the drinker all the time, but eventually wore out his welcome the more he drank?
I’d like to know where the idea of Mr. Hyde being a hulking behemoth came from, since in the original book he’s quite short. Much shorter than Dr. Jekyll, who was quite tall.
