While I agree that Pete Rose should be in the HOF, eventually. He was given a lifetime ban (as was Shoeless Joe Jackson and Ted Williams and several others, in 1998, tried to get that ban lifted) from baseball. When Mr Rose passes on, then, in my humble opinion, he should have his ban lifted.
