The king just needs to sleep with a nightlight.

The king should be setting an example by saving on candle-wax. Doesn’t he know that the Huns, the main suppliers to Id, have declared a trade embargo?

Why wouldn’t they think he was counting his money, which was their money at one time.

ah – not true. Peasant refers to birth status, not wealth (ie no royal blood). There were rich peasants, ie the composer Handel. That said, most peasants were poor.

The King just goes to sleep before blowing out the candle. I can lay in bed watching TV hardly able to keep my eyes open. When I turn the TV off I’m wide awake and can’t get to sleep.

gotta wonder why so many citizens in ID have noses like cantaloupes.

are they cursed?

or did they all inherit it from some distant ancestor?

and yes i know it is just a comic but it does make you wonder about it as if it was real life. kinda like wondering into a neighborhood where most of kids looked alike
