I hate the time change. I retaliate by closing the office the day after and having later hours for the next two weeks. Personally I go to bed earlier for two to three weeks before the change and make sure to increase my protein and decrease the carbs in my diet. And sex, the Mrs and I increase our activity. Your results might vary, but this works for us.
