Too many in charge choose “fast” over “well” due to artificial deadlines they create. Hard fast deadlines should not be set. Better to go with the “it will be done when it is done” and get it right.
This is completely true-to-life. Rita could fit right in with any company that I ever worked for in my entire life. She would quickly move up the management ladder with her skills.

As a programmer it was fast or done well. Pick one. As to apps it was powerfull, easy to use or cheap. Pick at most 2.
