The news about the Coronavirus has been gloom and doom, isolation will help but take months, a vaccine may help but it is also months away. There is another tool we can bring to this emergency; it is proven to work, and it works better if everyone is involved. That is the power of prayer. No shower? Yuch !! I shower twice a day. Once when I get up and once just before I go to bed. I like to feel clean when I go to bed.
