You think Roy is being weird? According to news reports, there is at least one guy going around in full Spider-Man costume, helping out people with outdoor chores, and another is dressing up in a different costume every day (Thor, princess, etc) while walking his dog to amuse his neighbors. And I think I read about a mail carrier dressing up, too.
