I think my mom is coming to terms with my little sister being a grown up since my mom moved in with her and needs her help doing stuff – like getting to the doctors, making sure she has the medical equipment she needs to move around in her rooms, etc. Now that my sister is taking care of mom, it has changed my mom’s perspective. And for the most part, she is handling it ok. She doesn’t LIKE it, but she understands it.
