That can’t be for ALL the shareholders. Got to be the B of D, or maybe the Ex Comm.

I’ve often thought the solution is prohibit Execs from having any stock options. That would prevent this unhealthy fixation they have with stock price. They would then be free to run the company in a way that benefits the actual company in a way that allows it and its employees to be economically viable long-term and grow.
