If I were in Zack’s school, I wouldn’t mind joining said strike as well. (I never bought school cafeteria food in my 1st to 12th grade days, but I did at times get a milk.)
I remember helping organize a protest in middle school for better school lunches. It didn’t do any good. We didn’t know that all the slop was fixed at a central place and then trucked in to every school in the district.

in 1950s and 1960s, Tulsa, schools still had an on site cafeteria. It wasn’t bad at all.
