I stopped being a substitute teacher over a year ago. I had done it for ten years, and even tho I had never been a teacher, I truly enjoyed it. Most….not all….of the students were well disciplined. Some kids just had too much baggage to handle being in school, let alone having to deal with a ‘smart arse retired truck driver’!
