Zen Pencils by Gavin Aung Than for February 07, 2014
Transcript:
A fight is going on inside me. It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil. He is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority.... and ego. The other is good. He is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion...and faith. The same fight is going on inside of you. And inside every other person, too. Which wolf will win? The one you feed.
Veteran said: “And many times it is good to be evil. Many times even necessary.”Explain? I don’t get you. (Sorry, just felt I needed to ask.)
