This presents aa false dichotomy between a certain kind of response to perceived injustice and apathy. The “Occupy” movement depicted above was based on anger, envy, hatred, and other forces that do more harm than good. Such movements tear down; they do not build up. They harm rather than heal. They also dehumanize. We want some group that isn’t human, people that aren’t persons, so that we can justify venting our rage, envy, and other feelings of impotence on them.
