I don’t trust refried beans. Sounds like what the government does with our after-tax money we put into our retirement, then go to use it and get taxed again on it; or making you claim your State income tax refund money as Income on your next year’s tax return—why do you have to claim it as income??? It was a tax REFUND, for heaven’s sake. You already paid taxes on it to begin with! All this sounds like refried beans to me.
