It doesn’t apply to people with insurance.

Yes I would mind, I think the best insurance is paying for success.

This reminds me of a commercial a few years ago. I do not remember what they were advertising,a couple of doctors and nurses wheel a guy on a gurney into the operating room. One takes his credit card a runs it through a scanner. While they all stand around a look at each other. When the scanner pops up approved,then they spring into action and start working on him.

Obviously an American cartoon.

Illegal at best.

I’d rather give you the incentive to ensure that I survive.

Not realistic.

They might ask for (demand) an up-front deposit, but they won’t be sure of all the add-ons and their prices until you’ve left the hospital… one way or another.
