OK, let’s say that YOU weigh 160 lbs. Can YOU pick up 140 pounds and carry it around all day? What kind of muscle mass would YOU have to put on to carry that much weight? Fat people have to be strong to carry that mass around. Physics is physics. No, they may not be able to lift the same amount of external mass that you can, but their grasping strength is a different matter.

While Ferguson cops’ actions were stupid, there is fair evidence that Brown wasn’t just the “sweet kid” he’s being depicted by his defenders as. I’ve also seen no real proof the cop was injured, but still, a huge person, of ANY color, coming at a cop should be considered armed and potentially dangerous. Which btw, still doesn’t automatically justify the cop shooting him, but it raises a lot of questions that so far aren’t anywhere close to being answered.
