Mark: I'm still talking to Dr. Dan Asher, author of the best-selling "Mellow: How To Get It," and a fellow at the California Institute for the Mellow. Dan, I wonder if we shouldn't open up the lines now, and give our listeners a chance to rap with you. Dan: Hey, for sure, Mark! Mark: Okay, folks, if you've got any questions for Mellow expert Dan Asher, from how to get in touch with your feelings to how to join The Sierra Club, why don't you give us a ring! Dan: Mellow hotline! Where's your head at? Man: Hey, will you guys just shut up and play a Kiss record?

Terry Gross interviewed Gene Simmons on “Fresh Air” once. It got so ugly that the interview became famous. You can still read it online.

When I was a teen and Kiss was big…I hated them then, too. My cousin loved them, and today he’s a shaved-headed biker militia type. Coincidence?
