and then there is the thought about how to charge for usage if at all. I have AT$T MiFi with a flat rate for data up to 5 gigs per month and then $10/gig above that. I have devices which can use up that much data in a very short time.If everybody paid a flat $10/gig for all usage, those who used a gig per year would pay less than those who used 12 gig per second, but that would be neutral.
