omg – don’t say things that might be seen. as it is, the lawyers on the net keep saying – well if they only did this, he might win on a technicality, and the stupid work for eventually free 45 lawyers try it for real. Be careful with your words, Danziger – You are one brilliant dude but this is inviting a whole new batch of bad eggs.
If even a hint of a whisper of a mere possibility of a pardon were to pass even the lowliest member of the administration lips, I wouldn’t vote for Biden. Otherwise, I’m a locked in vote. We are here because Gerald Ford was a coward and wouldn’t let constitutional law do its job.
Although Trump would take a pardon, he’d still complain that it isn’t enough – he wants total immunity for everything he’s done past, present and future.
I wouldn’t pardon him, but what I would do is this: Grant him clemency after serving 6 months or a year of real time, and ONLY if he confesses to insurrection and having violated the 14th section 3 in 2020, and agrees he thus cannot hold office again.
Note that clemency does not erase the conviction, as a pardon would.

Not a chance that was even floated. Nor is it needed.

Inconceivable. I’d rather see Sirhan Sirhan released.

Is Seal Team 6 busy? Biden could get them to do a little job for him.

If we hadn’t pardoned Nixon, we might not be here. A lot of the folks who surrounded Trump were Nixon leftovers.

How about this Joe, since Hunter agreed to an open Congressional Hearing maybe you should demand an open cognitive exam for both you and Donald,

E. Jean Carroll verdict just in: Trump owes 83.3 Million dollars. Of course good luck collecting

Doesn’t the orange baboon have to be convicted in a federal trial first? And a Biden pardon wouldn’t help him in Georgia either.
