Sorry, that one is quite possibly real. I know that here in Hoosierland, the law used to allow you to buy certain fireworks on the sole condition that you promised to only set them off in certain “approved” areas. Which I’m sure that everyone did…
Hey, this is a country where you can be convicted of accepting a bribe someone else was acquitted of offering. Swear I’m not making that one up.
