Yancey says, "So, Colonel Horrocks, I understand you wish to press charges?" Horrocks says, "Against that lieutenant of yours for assaulting me. …He belongs in prison." Yancey says, "I see he connected rather well with you. He had no cuts or contusions of his own, however." Horrocks says, "Well, I..." Yancey says, "I just thought you should know that Private O'Malley was in the first wave of soldiers landing on Utah Beach, and cited for acts of conspicuous bravery. He is now missing in action. However, accounting for all the bodies is as yet incomplete." Yancey says, "If he is alive, we will bring him back after he finishes defending your country, so he may be court-martialed for beating up a coward."
