Not unexpected! Probably members from the other boards sit on this board

Due to a loophole in the rules, they can create as many subcommittees as they want.

Do they have meetings to discuss meeting agendas?

I’ve definitely heard of one manager stating “We’re holding too many meetings. We need a meeting to discuss why”

If they change some committees to sub committees that report to a specific committee does that count as reducing the committees? I suppose we need to run that through the rules committee to determine..

Many companies have had meetings because they have too many meetings. Zoom, Teams, Slack and a few other apps were supposed to cut down on meetings. I wonder if the they have. Anyone in business out there who can say?

Eliminate the Department of Redundancy Department.

Soon to branch off into a dozen or so subcommittees.

You cannot do it. All they do is split up into subcommittees. After a couple of tries, it all goes fractal on you. It is the Starfish Principle of Organizations.
