Doc, you must’ve been the same age I was when those classic BK ads ran on radio & TV back in the 70’s. I was 11.

LOL, some of us can still sing that goofy jingle. “Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce…”

McD’s really messed up yesterday LOL Regular fry instead of large. THEN when I asked fo rmy Southwest Chicken with Ketchup added, that was all they put on, so I had to go back and they had to make me a fresh saidwhich …

Ah well them’s the breaks, and this is the first time in over a year and a half that this particular McD’s has gotten my order wrong … unlike Wendy’s …

I hate to send one back for fear of getting it back with “special” ingredients.

When I was in High School, McD’s offered free Big Macs to anyone who could say, “Bun seed sesame a on onions, pickles, cheese, lettuce, sauce special, patties beef all two!”

I once ordered a BK chicken sandwich, add pickle and tomato. When I sat down at the table, I had bread, pickle and tomato, but no meat. Good thing I hadn’t gotten to go as usual.

I never got what I wanted at BK. I got my special order, took it back, got another wrong order and ate it out of frustration and hunger, but never went back again.
