Adam: I'll take two dozens oysters on the half shell. Katy: Ewww-uh. Adam: You say that, but have you ever tried one? Katy: No! Adam: Squeeze some lemon on there, some cocktail sauce, slap it on a saltine. Yum! Clayton: Have you ever tried on without all the stuff? Adam: Eww-uh!!
I love raw oysters on the half shell. I prefer to eat them with nothing on them. Various types of oysters have their own unique flavors. I live the in the PNW and one of the largest seafood purveyors is just a few miles from my front door. I still think fondly of eating Malpeque oysters at a seafood bar in the little town of Malpeque, Prince Edward Island.
