What if she adds jam?
Grandma’s Toe Jam would be excellent!
You can’t make food out of a peanut and pickle sandwich.
Just add some cucumber and dill. Eat with a nice crusty bread and there you go. https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/peanut-soup/
Trout is right though. Soup is just wet food!
Agnes, google “Witches’ Brew Chicken Soup.” You could substitute road kill for the chicken. Perfect Halloween trailer park delicacy.
Never tried peanut butter with pickles—I’m not that adventurous. But we keep a big can of peanut butter (6-lb, I think) in our food pantry, and it goes pretty quickly.
Oh, sure you could, Trout. The blender is your friend…
Dang it! Now I got a hankering for a PBJ, pickles, and a bowl of tomato soup!
Another great idea stillborn.
Never give up, Agnes.
Yuck. But seriously, when my energy sources are so severely depleted, soup is all I can handle and it does perk me up a bit.
