I’ve had personal email replys from 3 cartoonists: Stephen Pastis, Darby Conley [right before ‘Get Fuzzy’ got super popular – I printed his reply and have it in one of my GF books] and Mr. Cochran. There are only 2 ‘Agnes’ books in print and early on they were very expensive on the second hand market. I’ve since been able to find them in great condition at a reasonable price. Quirky doesn’t begin to describe this strip but, for some reason, I like it.

I used to do contract work in Nursing Homes. Some of the places I was sent were true snake pits. It is very sad.
