I have to be careful what kind of soda I drink, since being diagnosed in 2010 with Type 2 diabetes. Has to be both sugar-free and caffeine-free. (Caffeine becomes sugar in the bloodstream.)
I am sorry to hear that. For ages I’ve been drinking Pepsi on a night time and the caffeine keeps me up until 3am or 4am. I didn’t drink it last night and I went to bed at 2am instead. Still not a decent time. I’ve been trying NOT to drink Pepsi before I go to bed but I’ve had no luck yet.
