Medics just had to ask. (They also don’t seem to know their way around town.)

@Number Six Today’s strip IS funny our Hero Mr Andrew Capp getting the para medics to carry him to a pub is funny :o) right? hope you have a good day , mine started scary , my son Alex came over and he took a lot of blood samples whose results are needed for the renewal of my driving licence , I hate needles being stuck in me BCNU and thanks for caring chum.

A guy’s gotta do what a guy’s got to do.

Well, at least they have the anesthesia.

Strictly for medicinal purpose, of course.

I really knew an old lady who used to call the paramedics to take her to the hospital, and then, would try to get them to stop at the liquor store, on the way.

I’ve been a fan of “Andy Capp” for (mumble mumble) decades, but these constant sightings of 1 1/2 dimensional people standing in single file could drive ANYBODY to drink! (Speaking of fans, whatever happened to FANOLIO?)

Andy got crushed. Now he wants to get smashed. On another note, saw a rabbit while out walking today.

Somehow, this seems fitting, because Andy is a royal pain in the neck to everybody.
