Andy should have a page on their website by now…

the perfect candidate for the Relationships department.

Come-on now, if if wasn’t for Andy, the force would have to cut back two full time positions.

Alan, just throw him into a cell. The paperwork can wait (although for Capp, there’s probably a standard form, and the sarge only has to fill in the date!).
