Gene peeps into the back office. Mary Lou is pregnant. Gene asks, "Um, hi, Mary Lou. Do you remember me?" Mary Lou exclaims, "Gene!!" Mary Lou remarks, "Of course I remember you, silly! You've gotten so.. good-looking!" Mary Lou gets up and says, "Give me a hug!" Gene notices that she is pregnant."
Gene just realized he went from the shallow end of the pool to the deep end.
