Fall arrived Aug. 1. The Equinox occurs today marking Mid-Fall day. (I’m traditional, and it makes more sense)

To be specific, 4:44pm EDT, whatever that translates into in your location.

What official organization mandated that the seasons BEGIN at the equinoxes and solstices? Anyone remember the (apparently now obsolete) terms “midsummer” and “midwinter” for the solstices?! Breaking news, folks! The seasons (as in when the weather takes on certain characteristics) begin at different times in different latitudes.
