I’m in Indiana at the moment, and with this weather, you don’t even need to put fuel in the grille…just close the lid and leave it out in the sun.
It s 79 in Baltimore at 7:30 AM. Going to be around 90. Yesterday it was 94 – with humidity to match.
Cooked a beef roast 1 time. Put in in the pot, started the fire under it to get it started, then left it. Fire went out and the 100 degree sun did the rest. Yummy
I don’t think you can actually barbecue in one of those little bubble grills. Too little flame control and food too close to the coals.
It’s not burned, it’s Cajun! :-)

And the thinly disguised pity is the cherry on the failure sundae.
It’s an acquired taste.
