The governor of Virginia, in his great wisdom, pretty much shut down most in-person DMV transactions except for the most simple transactions and otherwise one must wait a minimum of 3 months to get into the buildings, BUT the liquor stores are open seven days a week. Maybe that’s his solution for those who drink and drive!

I usually have to read the comments for this strip before I “get” the joke.

Weirdness? Wearing a mask by both parties stops the transmission of the virus by 80%. Masks aren’t weird or a political statement. Masks WORK. It may be difficult to listen to scientists about this issue but I would remind you that many disaster movies start with the government not listening to scientists.
