I saw a phone booth the other day. It was right there on a street corner. I paused to admire it. What amazing architecture they had back when I was alive!

Wait, that didn’t sound right….

First off – what’s a “telephone booth”?!

Well Curls, college students found other ways to amuse themselves in ’64.

They also packed Volkswagen Beetles.

And don’t forget the Beetle packing…

That would be good for a spot outside Mar el Lago.

I remember, at the start of the cellphone “craze”, a New Yorker cartoon: a “phone booth” without a phone but with a sign that read “Quiet place to talk 25 cents”.
