What? Last night was the 4th of July with the fireworks it was almost daylight. Oh I forgot this comic is from January 12, 1966. Batman and Robin, debuted as a mid-season replacement on the ABC network in the United States. Lyndon Johnson told Congress and television viewers that the nation could afford both the funding of the cost of social programs and an ongoing war, saying “I believe that we can continue the Great Society while we fight in Vietnam.” Yes! He should be afraid of the dark.

“Fear is the mind killer, there is nothing to fear, except fear itself” an almost quote from Frank Herbert’s “Dune”….

More accurately, he would have had a problem attending a nighttime meeting of the Nyctophobia Club. I also heard they had to cancel the meeting of the Claustrophia Club, because they didn’t rent a large enough hall. And they keep trying to schedule the Procrastinators Club, but they’re always putting if off. And so it goes . . .
