I wonder if the telephone lineman has ever opened that phone and seen the costume. Then again, maybe he is the telephone lineman.

Shouldn’t the be “Changes again!”? He didn’t strike yet, just changed clothes (or loin cloths).

Hint: in days of yore, Superheroes would change into their costumes in telephone booths. A telephone booth was a structure, about the size of a wardrobe, that a person could stand inside and make a call on a coin-operated telephone.
